Privacy is a design rule here, not a policy page. This is what it means in practice.
What we collect
Only what an engagement requires: contact details, the mandate itself, and the documents produced for or about a project. We do not buy contact lists and we do not profile visitors of this site.
Who can see it
Access follows the role. A client sees their project, a broker sees their assignments, a specialist sees their scope. Nobody sees another family's record, and revoking access removes downloads, links and recents at the same time.
How long we keep it
Project records are retained while the engagement is live and for the period our professional and legal obligations require. Afterwards they are erased or archived under restricted access.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request erasure where no legal obligation requires retention. Write to the house and a person will answer.
